The RAD Rounds are made of top-grade silicone to blast through the lock-ups you thought you needed a massage therapist to hit. You can even heat or cool them: for a warm, relaxing experience, simply soak in hot water for five to ten minutes. Or for a cold, refreshing sensation, soak in ice water, freeze or refrigerate.
People come in all shapes and sizes, and our RAD Rounds help everyone find the fit they need for the trigger point issue at hand. These helpful mobility tools help you pinpoint your pressure for accurate, relieving massage where you need it most. RAD Rounds open up your bodywork arsenal to include more options than ever before, especially as a complement to other RAD tools.
Let us help you relieve tension, increase your mobility and, most importantly, move and feel better. Whether you’re into crossfit, personal training, yoga, pilates, zumba, marathons, biking, etc., we can help you experience real-time injury prevention, muscle recovery, and relief in motion.

RAD Rounds serve up three times the relief with firm density that busts up tension in sensitive spots like the head, feet and hands. These balls are specifically designed for the body, not sports, which is lot more than a tennis ball or “whatever’s around the house” can claim. So when you want something that’s built for the job, choose from our three pressure-seeking sizes that comfortably fit where other tools can’t.
The difference between RAD Rounds and other massage tools is simple. It’s all about precision. Truth is: you can oftentimes achieve far greater results by focusing on a single insertion point (that’s where your soft tissue connects to bone or joint) than you can by stretching an entire muscle. RAD Rounds are small and compact so you can hit the small, stubborn spots that other bulky tools just brush over. The RAD Rounds were specially designed to help relieve tension associated with:

Love these products! Great price and quality!
I took a M.E.L.T class and really liked the exercises using the balls and blocks. I found the RAD Rounds to be a great price and perfect to utilize with the M.E.L.T myofascial release exercises. After I received my order, I quickly purchased a set and a block for my mom so she can use the system in her bed as her mobility is limited. We are excited to report the results as we continue to use these products and thank you for your super fast shipping and support!!
I purchased these bales at the recommendation of a massage therapist. She had a different brand, but I chose these as they seemed more reasonably priced. I like them and feel they are helping with my hand and arm issues. My only complaint is the raised logo, which I can feel when rolling and applying pressure to my muscles. I think if they must have a logo it would be better to be printed or indented rather than raised. Otherwise, great product.
I have an office job and sit in front of a computer all day long, which results in a stiff neck and tight shoulders. I also have scoliosis, which only makes matters worse, and even with getting a massage every month, I tend to stiffen back up within a few weeks. These rollers are amazing!! I have bought foam rollers, massage sticks, and other similar items, and they work fine, but I love the texture and firmness of these. These are harder than a tennis ball, but not too hard that they cause any pain or discomfort. Great for me to use in between my massages!
I didn't realize how much tension I had in my jaw from endless phone calls, zooms, etc. until I tried the tiny black ball. The blue works great for hands (you can even do it *while* on those stressful calls!), upper back (between shoulder blades & spine), and the green is big enough for glutes, calves, etc.
