RAD Mobility sets the foundation to skillfully integrate the latest research and evidence-based practices in self myofascial release (SMR) and mobility and recovery training into your personal and professional routines. This course not only covers the most current applicable skills on integrating the nervous system, muscles, fascia, quality movement patterns, and mobility exercises into your practice, but also includes landmarking and cueing techniques you can start utilizing immediately in your class. You'll also practice creating effective program designs and intervention plans that you can take with you so you have a starting point immediately following this training.

• Pen/pencil, notepad if desired. You will be provided the course manual in PDF format

CANCELLATIONS / LATE REGISTRATION

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the course date and all cancellations are subject to a $50 fee. Refunds cannot be issued for no-shows.
Attendee substitutions are allowed.
You may register for this event up until the day before the scheduled date. Please note it will take between 5-7 business days to ship any myofascial release tools you would like.

Roy has been teaching and training in the exercise science field for over 15 years inspiring others while working as a collegiate exercise science program director, martial arts instructor, anatomy and physiology teacher, and corrective movement specialist. He has a passion for designing injury reduction programs and helping clients achieve optimal body awareness and movement quality by focusing on nervous system activation techniques.
