Love it - game changer

I have scoliosis and my back is a bit of a wreck from that, not to mention my hips and other connected bones/joints. This kit is awesome. I really like that the axle and small helix leave room for your spine. The small helix isn’t something I probably would’ve purchased alone, but I love it. That thing can really dig into places the larger one can’t. The roller just builds on the small helix and concentrates even more on those muscles around the spine, where the spine meets the hips, where the spine and bottom of the rib cage meet… feels so good. I’ve also used them to roll out my hips, upper back, neck, between my shoulder blades and to help with back extensions.

My only complaints are, I wish the axle was a bit softer. I thought it was just plastic at first because of how stiff the material is. The other thing I’m not thrilled with is the neuro ball. I just prefer my regular recovery rounds for my feet. To be fair, I haven’t done much research on other ways I can use it.

All-in-all, I think this is a great kit if you have muscular issues with your back.
