I tried out a bunch of RAD products and ended up returning the balls and the standard blue roller, which despite being softer than the grey one, felt like it went deeper. The remaining items I kept are the ones in this kit. I love rolling my back with the Axle to even out my spine, and the Atom is amazing on my glutes and hips and the ligaments in my sacral area. The firm roller works wonders on my upper back. I don't use the Rod and Helix much but they are also good products. The Rad products are expensive but worth the premium!
