Roy Choquette and Kevin Hendry are teaming up to lead our RAD Mobility 1 Certification at the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Summit in Atlanta, GA for fitness and group trainers, yoga teachers, physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, and everyone else looking to educate themselves about any and all topics below.

Kevin is RAD Roller's Director of Education, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and practicing Osteopath while Roy is RAD's Training Coordinator and Corrective Exercise and Adult Learning Specialist.

You will be using an assortment of RAD tools during the training in order to experience the science behind self myofascial release and enhanced mobility and recovery. These tools will also be available for purchase at a largely discounted rate for attendees.


Also, those of you who lead sessions in personal training, group fitness classes, physical therapy, yoga, and more will become certified in being able to utilize these skills and techniques in your own health and fitness programs.



  • Self Myofascial Release (SMR) is a common practice for warm-up and recovery. Learn when and how to perform myofascial release techniques to improve how your clients and patients feel, move and perform.
  • Understand how SMR really works and immediately begin utilizing release and mobility methods in your practice.
  • This course draws on the latest research on SMR, pain science, neuroplasticity and motor control training.
  • Comprehend the do’s and don’ts of self myofascial release.
  • Apply release techniques from head to toe, as well as active mobility drills that will make the changes last.
  • Earn CEC's.
  • Network with top professionals in the field. 
  • Water bottle
  • Yoga mats will be provided but you can bring your own
  • Pen/pencil, notepad if desired. You will be provided a manual in PDF format
  • Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement
