YOGA , MEET RAD
RAD Yoga 1 Certification sets the foundation for instructors to intelligently and skillfully integrate and sequence self-myofascial release into a yoga class or private session. This training involves 2 components: online and in-person. The online material consists of various lecture-based videos on fascia & fascial chains, self-myofascial release & RAD mobility tools. The 6-hour in-person is primarily practical application. Participants will learn the principles & teaching methodology of RAD yoga, which involves developing skills in landmarking, cuing, and sequencing a class that leaves students feeling balanced and energized.

CHELSEA LEEMEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
In addition to offering private yoga therapy in two physiotherapy clinics, Chelsea is the Director of the 300-hour Foundations of Yoga Therapy training program at the Vancouver School of Yoga, where she is the lead instructor for yoga teachers training to become yoga therapists. Chelsea is also the Director of Yoga Education for RAD Roller, leading RAD Yoga trainings that educate instructors on how to intelligently integrate mobility tools into their classes.
