RY-2 covers common postural pathologies and how SMR & asana can help create balance in the body. You will learn asana assessment of observing misalignments and determining how SMR can provide the opportunity to bring your student or client into optimal alignment. Digging deeper, we then move into advanced sequencing that builds towards a peak pose, integrating both SMR & asana, and is designed for a particular population or physical condition. Pre-requisite: RY-1

CHELSEA LEEMEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
In addition to offering private yoga therapy in two physiotherapy clinics, Chelsea is the Director of the 300-hour Foundations of Yoga Therapy training program at the Vancouver School of Yoga, where she is the lead instructor for yoga teachers training to become yoga therapists. Chelsea is also the Director of Yoga Education for RAD Roller, leading RAD Yoga trainings that educate instructors on how to intelligently integrate mobility tools into their classes.
