Season of Change: temperatures and leaves are falling but don't let your self care fall off too. This year you've probably looked at more screens than ever before, from small phones to big screen TVs. You're probably looking down right now. Wouldn't it be great if it were easier to hold that head up without discomfort? Wouldn't it be nice if you could switch from work to workout without stiffness? Turns out the same system we can use to improve our posture can also boost performance with some simple tools and techniques that we can do anywhere, anytime.

Join Carina Bender-Abrams, physical therapist and movement coach, for a hands-on workshop on keeping your neck and shoulders ready to train and play hard. 

Starting with a quick review of the relevant anatomy as it relates to shoulder function, we'll learn how to check our own mobility and address it with self myofascial release techniques targeting the areas most important to healthy shoulders. We will then follow up with some easy-to-do mobility techniques to help that improved range of motion stick around.

Props needed One RAD Roller, one Helix (or similar roller), one Centre (or similar ball)
