Upper Body Release for Sitting at a Desk All Day

Work-related discomfort isn't just limited to jobs that require intensive lifting and movement. Research shows that poor posture, lack of movement, and staying in one position for many hours a day can cause or worsen musculoskeletal disorders, including neck and shoulder pain.

Join Diane for an upper body reset, using myofascial release and gentle movement to counter the effects of sitting at a desk all day. 

Props needed:  One RAD or yoga block, 1 Micro Round, 1 Blue Round, and 2 Recovery Rounds. If you don't have all of that, you could use 2 of the same sized ball - preferably the Recovery Rounds or Green Rounds.
