RAD engineers quality, durable, and reliable products. If your tool ever breaks down due to a manufacturer defect, simply notify us of the problem and we'll replace it. We stand by our tools for a lifetime, and that's a guarantee you can stand by, too. Please note, wear and tear, UV damage, andor misuse is not covered.

We hope that you love your RAD tools and education. If for some reason you are not satisfied, returns are accepted up to 30 days from original date of purchase. Note that this is only applicable to purchases made throughwww.radroller.com. RAD does not pay for or reimburse return shipping. 

To initiate a return:

1. Email Service@RADRoller.com to let us know your name, order ID, and products returning

2. Ship on your preferred carrier to: RAD Returns 2031 Bryant Street Denver CO 80211 (We can accept all inbound return methods (Fedex, USPS, UPS, etc.))

3. Receive your refund. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used at time of check out

The Centre has an internal mechanism that holds the air in place. All you need to do to pump it up is assemble the pump (steel nozzle screws onto plastic base). Then dampen the nozzle before inserting it into the hole of the Centre. Once inserted, pump it up to your desired size and remove the pump. Your Centre is inflated! To deflate remove the steel nozzle from the pump and dampen it again before interesting into Centre. Air will release from Centre automatically once nozzle is inserted.
