The Rod Mini might be my favorite release tool because it has been so helpful for me to work with tense areas that foam rollers and myofascial release balls don't work well on—especially bony spots, like the skull, around the shins, and on the forearms. It's also a way to work on areas that are too tight and painful to roll on because you can adjust the amount of pressure—some days, I simply cannot foam roll on my quads, but the Rod Mini is perfect. It also works really well on the upper arms.
I have received a couple of messages from USPS regarding problems with delivery but have not been able to correct.
