I have to say that everything was above my expectations and I learnt a lot of new information as well as revised my previous knowledge. In comparison to other SMR concepts, this sounds to be the most comprehensive so far. Along with the Centre, I think RAD's Recovery Rounds are their most versatile product. They are the softest of the small balls (or duos), and also the tackiest (meaning will tack to your skin and create some shear). I'm a physical therapist and yoga/movement teacher, I've become known for teaching Fascia Release, and Recovery Rounds are what I ask all of my students and patients to buy (unless they have high pain levels, in which case I opt for the Centre). I have been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for almost 12 years. As an older student (I'm 51), I must be very focused on recovery to stay active and injury-free.
