We hope that you love your RAD tools and education. If for some reason you are not satisfied, returns are accepted up to 30 days from original date of purchase. Note that this is only applicable to purchases from RADRoller.com.
Refunds will be made within two weeks of product being received at RAD Headquarters. All refunds will be credited back to original form of purchase (credit card, etc.). We do not reimburse for postage required to return. We can accept all inbound return methods (Fedex, USPS, DHL, etc.).

Your RAD purchase is covered for manufacturer defects.
Should you find any defects in your products, please send us a photo and description of the issue, including proof of purchase (Order number, etc) and we will work to correct it as soon as possible. We can be reached at Service@RADRoller.com
RAD Products are guaranteed for life, under normal usage conditions, and for manufacturer defects. Intentional damage, water or sun damage, and misuse, is not covered. Please email us at Service@RADRoller.com for any questions or to submit a claim.
