Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you love your RAD tools and education. If for some reason you are not satisfied, returns are accepted up to 30 days from original date of purchase. Note that this is only applicable to purchases made through www.radroller.com. RAD does not pay for or reimburse return shipping.
To initiate a return:
1. Email Service@RADRoller.com to let us know your name, order ID, and products returning
2. Ship on your preferred carrier to: RAD Returns 2031 Bryant Street Denver CO 80211 (We can accept all inbound return methods (Fedex, USPS, UPS, etc.))
3. Receive your refund. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used at time of check out
Your RAD purchase is covered for manufacturer defects.
Should you find any defects in your products, please send us a photo and description of the issue, including proof of purchase (Order number, etc) and we will work to correct it as soon as possible. We can be reached at Service@RADRoller.com
RAD Products are guaranteed for life, under normal usage conditions, and for manufacturer defects. Intentional damage, water or sun damage, and misuse, is not covered. Please email us at Service@RADRoller.com for any questions or to submit a claim.
