TINY BUT MIGHTY

Big foam rollers can be too vague to distinguish smaller muscles. Not the Rounds. We use these for the jaw, the foot, the hands, and more. These little silicone miracles will open up areas you never knew you could access.

These are fantastic for getting into small knotted up areas. Suggestions are to make the smallest ball a different color than black. It gets lost easy and is hard to find...like under the oven. And to make the RAD logo flush with the ball instead of raised. I use these against a wall or on the tile floor and the raised logo isn't ideal. Aside from that I'm glad I purchased them and I recommend them to anyone.

Roller Balls/Rounds

Great balls for rolling out tight muscles. BUT you raise the logo on the ball, which means it's no longer a round ball. It's kind of annoying to roll out on a ball that isn't round... Plus it adds odd pressure points adding a little unnecessary discomfort. They work and I still use them, but I feel like a bouncy ball out of a quarter machine might be better with the money.
