The best

I started using these during my Yoga Teacher Training and eventually got some of my own. I love using these on my hip area and upper shoulders. It seriously helps with my Yoga practice and am hoping to incorporate more Myofascial release into the world of yoga.

I use the rad balls for myocardial release. I get very good results.

Great tool for a physical therapist

I love the rad roller because it does not put pressure on the spinous processes and has a curve that works well for the lumbar spine. The height of it means there is less strain to the abdominals for a newly postpartum mom/someone with a diastasis (when used lying on back). It also works well for multiple areas in the body and can be used like a rolling pin for yourself or someone else. It is a pretty firm so it might be too much for some and I would still avoid using this on the spine of someone with osteoporosis.

Helpful for pelvic physical therapy and other mobility moves! Definitely recommend.
