WHY INTEGRATE MYOFASCIAL RELEASE INTO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE?
The goal of myofascial release therapy is to influence the fascia (the continuous system that give your muscles their shape), so they move more freely, restoring your upright posture and range of motion.

FAVORITE TOOL:
The Centre. I love the size and density of it. It’s perfect for thoracic extension and getting into my hip flexors which is a consistent point of tension in my body. The Centre can get in there like no other ball/tool can and I just melt.
