Finding those spots

I am a therapist myself and use a foam roller, but the Rad Roller shape is better at targeting the tight tissue. It was recommended by my therapist friend.

Perfect gift for hair dresser

I’ve been using the RadRoller for several years and recently bought one for my niece who does hair (which is a profession that confers tight upper traps upon its providers). She tried mine and loved it. Thus I was able to give her the perfect gift.

I bought this to use in an upright position against the wall but I don’t think it was meant to be used that way. It keeps falling on the floor.

Improved my fascia pain

I’m incredibly surprised at how well this roller helped my fascia pain while training for ultramarathons.
