All In Kit

Years ago, I took a training using RAD tools, and I was amazed at how great my overall body felt afterwards. RAD’s All In Kit provides just about everything you need, in terms of point-release and flushing tools. The double massage ball opens up the spine, mid-back, and glutes, but like any of the massage balls in the kit, it’s effective on a variety of body regions, including feet, legs, arms and hips. Three sizes and densities of the other massage balls offer a plethora of options for optimal release, with or without using the block, which conveniently stores them. The helix fits on the rod, acting like a rolling pin — only much better — to release soft tissues and toxins, and it’s extremely easy to use. I was very skeptical about buying any of the items included in the All in Kit. However, I took a leap of faith and bought it. I’d say it was a great decision, since it has helped with recovery and soreness caused by the gym. It may be a little pricey, but still worth it to me.
