RAD Innovations, LLC (“RAD Roller,” “we,” “us,” “our”) appreciates your interest in our website, www.radroller.com, and any other website owned and operated by RAD Roller (collectively, the “Site”). Your privacy is important to us. Our Site is designed to provide access to online information about RAD Roller and our products and allow you to purchase our products. In connection with providing this information and service, there are times when we may ask for or collect information from you, either in the form of anonymous data or personally identifiable information. As part of our commitment to honoring your privacy, this Privacy Policy explains the approach we take in protecting and using the information that we gather from you on our Site. By using the Site, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

Types of Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we ask your browser to store small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters known as a cookie. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. If you have chosen to identify yourself on a Site, we use session cookies containing encrypted information to identify you and facilitate your use of the Site. Session cookies are required to access much of the content and services offered on the Site. After you leave our Site and close your browser, a persistent cookie remains. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your help file directions in your web browser. If you refuse our cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.

User Provided Information: When you choose to submit personally identifiable information to our Site (including name, address, telephone number, email address, transaction information, credit card information and date of birth), your information is used only for the specific purpose for which it was submitted, unless you consent otherwise or as required by law. In many cases, you choose the amount of information you supply. There may be instances where some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. In such cases, if you do not provide mandatory personal information with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity. We may collect personally identifiable information when you:

  • Place an order from our Site;
  • Return an item or make an exchange;
  • Inquire about our products and services;
  • Create an account at our Site;
  • Sign up for email updates or to receive our newsletter and/or advertisements;
  • Enter a contest or sweepstakes;

  • Participate in a marketing survey, promotion or event.

We maintain the data that you provide us, along with a record of your purchases, in a secure database. To best serve you, we may combine this information with data that is publicly available and data that we receive from other reputable sources.

Log Files: Our servers automatically record certain information (e.g., web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, URLs, etc) that your web browser sends whenever you visit our Site.

Web Beacons: We may employ clear GIFs or Web Beacons to track anonymously how users use the Site. We may also use Web Beacons in our emails to track which emails are opened by recipients.

Use of Information

At RAD Roller, we always want to provide you with the most interesting information and the best possible shopping experience when you choose to purchase products through our site. In order to do this, we collect information that allows us to:

  • Process and track your order;
  • Provide the information, products and services you request;
  • Contact you about the status of an order;
  • Send you promotional offers or information we believe will be of interest to you;
  • Send you email updates, announcements and/or newsletters;
  • Identify your product and service preferences;
  • Customize our communications to you;
  • Provide information concerning product recalls or products you have purchased; and
  • Improve our merchandise selection and customer service.

We collect personal information from visitors to our Site on a voluntary basis; however, visitors are not required to give such information to access many portions of our Site. Personal information may include, without limitation, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, billing information and credit card numbers. A user’s personal information may be used for purposes of receiving and processing an order through the Site, shipping and returns and customer satisfaction reviews.

When someone visits the Site, our web servers automatically gather information that allows the Site to communicate with the visitor's computer during the visit. We also may use any of the following information: the number of visits to the Site, which parts of the Site visitors select, IP address (the Internet address assigned to your computer from your Internet Service Provider), domain type, browser type (e.g., Safari or Internet Explorer) and date and time of day. We use this information for statistical purposes that help us design and administer the Site. Those types of information do not disclose personally identifiable information that would permit us to identify or locate individual visitors.

Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, trade or rent to any unaffiliated third parties your personally identifiable information collected on our Site. We do use the anonymous data and the personally identifiable information collected through our Site for statistical purposes and for improving the Site, as well as for our marketing purposes, as part of our responses to your questions or requests for information and potentially when sending commercial emails to you. We may engage a third party’s software or services to assist us with these analyses and activities in which case such information may be shared with them for these purposes (e.g., your email address with our outbound email marketing provider).

We contract with other companies to provide certain services, including shipping, name and address verification, email distribution, market research, promotions management and payment processing. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected. This may include sending you newsletters and emails periodically. These companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than RAD Roller. As a practical matter, we must release your mailing address to a postal or courier service to deliver information you requested or the products you purchased.

On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these business transfers, customer information, including personally identifiable information, is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if the Site, RAD Roller or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, customer information, including personally identifiable information, would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquiror of the Site, RAD Roller or any of its assets may continue to use your personally identifiable information as set forth in this policy.

Please be aware that our Site and email communications may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. The information practices of those websites linked to our Site are not covered by this Privacy Policy and, therefore, we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of websites to which our Site links. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of other websites to understand their privacy practices.

Public Forum

Any information you submit in a public forum (e.g. a blog, chat room, or social network) can be read, collected, or used by us and others, and could be used to personalize your experience. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit in these instances. Though we do attempt to monitor user-posted content, such user-posted material is not subject to this Privacy Policy and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information.

Children

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Our Site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old.  Since information regarding children under the age of 13 is not collected, we do not knowingly distribute personal information regarding children under the age of 13.

Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy

If you choose to visit our Site, your visit and any disputes over privacy are subject to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice except as otherwise provided here. Please check back periodically to see if our Privacy Policy has been updated. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy and any future versions of this Privacy Policy.

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested. To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests. To quickly process your transactions. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature. If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. If you would no longer like to receive promotional e-mail from us, please refer to the "How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?" section below. If you have not opted-in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails. Visitors whoregister or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and 'members-only' content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.

How do we protect visitor information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

Do we use "cookies"?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include our business. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. Third party links In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work). Changes to our policy If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.
