DENSITY CONSIDERATIONS
SIZE MATTERS
The size of the tool can impact how it makes your body feel while using it. For instance, if you have tight quads the Roller Original can feel like a more intense release than the Rod. Yes, the Roller Original is a softer tool, but it has a smaller surface area and will "dig in" to your muscles more as you roll, whereas the Rod has a larger surface area and you can control the pressure you use with your hands while your roll.
WHAT SURFACE YOU ROLL ON
Using a tool on a softer surface, like carpet, will decrease the intensity. Using it on tile or hardwood will increase the intensity and make it feel more firm.
MUSCLE TIGHTNESS
Even a softer tool will feel more intense on a very tight muscle, especially if it is a smaller tool that will "dig in" to muscles more. For example, if you have very tight hamstrings the Roller Soft will feel more intense (softer, but smaller tool on a tight muscle group) than the Axle (firmer tool, but larger surface area on a tight muscle group will feel less intense).

RAD is happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal $20+. This offer is available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. Services used to send free shipments: USPS First Class and Priority Mail, FEDEX Home Delivery and Smartpost, and UPS services will be considered. Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include: Alaska, Hawaii, and off shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico; APO/FPO and PO Boxes addresses; International orders; Wholesale orders.

In-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours from our Denver warehouse, and will arrive within 7 business days. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship when your complete order becomes available.
Our warehouse processes online orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm (Mountain Time) will not be processed until the following business day. Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. For a complete list of all U.S. Holidays observed by our carriers, please feel free to visit their website (USPS, UPS and FedEx). Weather conditions may affect transit times as well. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
For all orders shipping within the contingent United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses), RAD uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx services. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and the service method selected.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship when your complete order becomes available. International shipments can take anywhere from 10-21 business days to completely process through customs to the end destination. *Customs time depends on countries' customs process.
