I feel this was very thorough and well thought out, and organized in arranging short tests after each explanatory module. There's also enough reinforcement of concepts that really help them stick. I can immediately apply the information and skills from the course to real-life situations with my clients, and for my own game! Highly recommend!
The RAD Golf Certification is a must-have for trainers and coaches who work with clients who play golf either professionally or recreationally. It provides the knowledge and tools to enhance the experience, and keeps them resilient specifically to their sport. Resources are also readily available in the course, including a course manual and example case studies, and the free app is amazing. I highly recommend this course!
RAD delivers another amazing course. This course go deep into SMR (pun intended). Most courses just tell you what to do to solve a problem. RAD goes into the why and how. I found that by doing so, I can make a more customized recovery schedule for my athletes. The RAD TRIO allows my to target the areas of concern and the tools that RAD offers are top notch!
If you work with golfers as a trainer or a coach your focus is on helping them play golf better. As a TPI Fitness Level 3 coach I already knew about the joint-by-joint approach to golf fitness, but this course takes it a step beyond. With more evaluation tools and strategies to improve local and regional mobility in the places golfers need it the most. If you want to help your golfers get to the next level take the RAD GOLF MOBILITY course. You'll be glad you did. Brett The Golf Guy, NYC
