It's Magic!

I didn't really think this item would make such a difference in my life but it's not only extremely effective, it's also very addictive! I find myself daydreaming about the next time I will use it LOL, thanks for inventing this! I didn't know how much I needed it until I was introduced to it at a fascia workshop.

Offers Plenty of Relief

I bought this roller for the primary purpose of relieving tension and soreness around my neck and head. While it has been successful at providing consistent relief if I use it daily, its design is somewhat limiting. I find it hard to apply pressure to a couple of hard-to-reach pressure points with precision, and it can be hard to apply the pressure in a way where I can rotate my head and stretch out every muscle as desired. That being said, it is still the best product I have seen available for this purpose. I find a traditional foam roller is functional enough for most other purposes, but I appreciate that this can be used for other more precise methods of muscle relief.
